Contacting Support in NKTg AI (Contact)

If you need help with your account, subscription, billing, or run into an issue while using NKTg AI, you can send a request directly from Settings → Contact. Once submitted, the system automatically creates a Support Ticket and forwards it to the NKTg AI support team.

When should you use Contact?

How do I submit a support request?

  1. Go to https://nktg.org/
  2. Log in to your NKTg AI account
  3. Open Settings
  4. Select Contact
  5. Fill in the form completely
  6. Click Submit to send the request

Once submitted successfully, the Support Ticket is automatically forwarded to the NKTg AI support team.
