Contacting Support in NKTg AI (Contact)
If you need help with your account, subscription, billing, or run into an issue while using NKTg AI, you can send a request directly from Settings → Contact.
Once submitted, the system automatically creates a Support Ticket and forwards it to the NKTg AI support team.
When should you use Contact?
- Report a bug in NKTg AI
- Ask about your account or profile
- Ask about NKTg AI Plus or NKTg AI Pro
- Report a payment or billing issue
- Request technical support
- Share feedback about the product
How do I submit a support request?
- Go to https://nktg.org/
- Log in to your NKTg AI account
- Open Settings
- Select Contact
- Fill in the form completely
- Click Submit to send the request
Once submitted successfully, the Support Ticket is automatically forwarded to the NKTg AI support team.
What each field means
- Name: Your full name
- Email: The email address used to contact you and receive replies
- Subject: A short title, e.g. "Can't log in," "Payment not activated"
- Department: Choose the appropriate department:
- Contact – General support
- Sales – Product and plan inquiries
- Billing – Payments, invoices, renewals
- Priority: Priority level (High, Medium, Low)
- Message: A detailed description of the issue, including the steps already taken, error messages, and when the issue occurred
What happens after clicking Submit?
- The system automatically creates a Support Ticket
- The form information is sent to contact@nktg.org
- The support team receives and handles the request based on Department and Priority
You don't need to send a separate email after submitting a Support Ticket.
Tips for faster support
- Write a clear subject line
- Choose the right Department
- Choose the right Priority
- Fully describe the issue in the Message
- Attach screenshots or relevant information if needed
Troubleshooting
If you submitted a request but haven't received a reply, check:
- That your email address was entered correctly
- That the reply isn't sitting in Spam/Junk
- That the issue was described in enough detail for support to act on
If you still haven't received a reply after a reasonable amount of time, submit a new Support Ticket with more detailed information.
