Limitations to Keep in Mind

NKTg AI analyzes text — it does not directly analyze images.

When you upload an image or an image-based PDF, the system uses OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology to convert the image into text before analysis.

Limitations of OCR technology

Current OCR technology cannot yet recognize text accurately in every case, especially for:

• Handwriting
• Blurry or out-of-focus images
• Low-resolution images
• Tilted, distorted, or warped images
• Overexposed, underlit, or shadowed images
• Poorly printed or smudged documents

In these cases, OCR may misread or miss part of the content. When the input text is inaccurate, NKTg AI's analysis results may also be affected.

How to get the best results

For accurate analysis results, use:

• Clearly printed documents
• Digital text such as PDFs with a text layer
• DOCX or TXT format when possible
