Managing Your Profile

The General page in Settings lets you manage your personal profile information and how NKTg AI addresses you while you use the app.

Profile information

The profile page includes two fields:

• Full name
  This is the full name on the account. It's used to identify the account and may appear in account- or billing-related information.
  Example: Nguyen Van A, John Smith, Tran Minh Quan
• What should NKTg AI call you?
  This is the name or nickname NKTg AI will use when addressing you. You can enter a first name, nickname, abbreviation, or preferred form of address.

This field only affects how NKTg AI addresses you — it does not change your account name.

How to edit your information

1. Log in to your NKTg AI account
2. Open Settings
3. Select General
4. Update Full name or What should NKTg AI call you? as needed

The changes will be saved to your account profile.

What should I enter for "What should NKTg AI call you?"

Enter the name you'd like NKTg AI to use during conversations.

• Minh
• Lan
• John
• Alex
• Jack

If left blank, NKTg AI may use your Full name or the account's default name when addressing you.

Privacy

Information in the General section is only used to personalize your NKTg AI experience and help the system address you more naturally. You can update this information at any time under Settings → General.
